FacebookExcellent service throughout - from the initial instruction and marketing of the property with Cheryl and then through to Nick for completion, the Russell & Butler team were superb, going above and beyond. We bought a house through Russell & Butler 20-odd years ago and remembered them for their great service - and the experience recently selling a house was equally positive. Happy to recommend.

The Russell & Butler experience worked wonders for us. This was for my parents who are in their 90s and were selling their bungalow to allow them to move into a new flat in a retirement village. R & B were extremely sensitive to my parents needs, and spent unlimited time with them In their own home helping them to negotiate their way through all the complexities of the sale and legal procedures.

I had to sell a family home in Buckingham remotely. The minute I met with the team I was impressed. Sold within a day but the more important work is done behind the scenes with their sales advancement team. Council, buyers, solicitors, deeds, certificates etc. can slow things down. This team keeps the deal moving. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would.

I rented a 1 bedroom property through Russell and Butler with my partner. If we hadn't of had our son then we would of stayed there. They are an excellent estate agents, from start to finish they have all been very helpful. A few names I would like to mention are Stephanie, Rachel, Debbie and Matthew. We have been renting our house out with R & B since August 2018. The management service is very professional and removes all the hard work for the landlord. Any queries we have had have always been answered promptly and any maintenance issues have been dealt with efficiently. We would highly recommend Russell & Butler if you are considering renting out your property.

FacebookUnder valued our property, Didn't feed back to our buyers after being advised our purchase was probate, lack of communication, completely unaware of what stage we were at and tried to tell me great news we cann exchange in the next 24hrs and completely unaware there was another issue AGAIN plus they are .5% above everyone else in the local area, no I would not recommend Russell and butler and when I took it up with Nick butler him self he tried to blame the solicitor for a proportion of it, GUESS WHAT !!! it was the solicitor they recommended, I would not recommend this agent at ALL.

Even though we were the buyers and not their direct client we found R&B were always on the ball in terms of pushing matters through and keeping us up to date, as well as being accommodating with things such as visiting the property ahead of completion for measuring up, etc. Very impressed!

There are estate agents, negotiators and then there are genuine case progressors like Tracey.I’m a mortgage broker and my customers chose to buy a property from this estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and despite the looming stamp duty deadline, we managed to complete in time. I can honestly say I wish I was located geographically closer, as all my purchases would be a lot smoother in her hands! Big thank you from me.

The initial visit was informative and the agent couldn’t do more for us. All our questions were answered quickly and the process was smooth and simple. The fact that they took responsibility for the chain was a weight off our mind and kept everything moving forward. FacebookI've dealt with Russell&Butler last year and this year and can not fault them either time. I brought my house with them and completed at the beginning of October after a lot of dragging out by my purchasers solicitor. I honestly think if it wasnt for Tracey we could still be waiting! Everyone who I have met or spoken to within the team have always been so friendly and helpful. 100% recommend and would use again.

FacebookCouldn’t recommend more highly! The whole team have handled our sale with positivity and professionalism every step of the way. They were extremely quick getting it on the market within our tight timescales, and supported all of our requests to showcase our property just the way we wanted. Nick Butler is very down to earth and reliable, and Laura their photographer is very personable and spot on with the the photos. Chose them over another local estate agent which was absolutely the right decision.
