So far my dealings with Purfect properties have been very positive. My purchase is progressing smoothly and I’ve got every confidence it will continue to do so and this is due in no small part to the efforts of Paris who is Genuine and honest and has worked extremely hard initially to secure the property at a fair price and also keeping me up to date as we progress. I have suffered recent poor service from another high street agent in the town which was very frustrating but I would have no hesitation at this time in recommending Paris and the team at Purfect properties to friends and family.

My property was valued by a number of estate agents and I found that Derek at Purfect Properties gave me the best advice and made the process clear to me, as I had last sold a property 21 years ago. Throughout the process Derek was very supportive, always available to help and made it go as smoothly as possible with advice given using his expert knowledge of the property market. I am very pleased with the service I received from everyone at the office, however Derek was my primary contact. I would definitely recommend Purfect Properties to anyone looking to sell their property in the Aylesbury area.

What a team - Derek and Josh are professional/ reliable and really do go the extra mile! Having been on the market for some time ( with 4 other Estate Agents in Aylesbury) and having experienced 3 sales fall through from what we felt was lack of support/ correct process and finance checking by other Estate Agents - we choose Purfect Properties as they had recently Sold a property in our neighbourhood - when we had not had a single viewing in weeks. Derek was professional open and honest - and really did put our faith back into Estate Agents - a very straightforward approach - on the mark evaluation and on target viewings meant we sold within a matter of weeks - and we then experienced a seamless sale process which completed in a matter of weeks. At all times Josh kept us in the loop as to what was happening and Derek regularly touched base. So an exchange before Christmas and a completion early January meant a great start to the New Year - thank you guys - I would not hesitate to recommend you we really appreciate you pulling out the stops for us so that we can now move on to live our dream .......perhaps the slogan could be ....Purfect Properties making dreams come true!

Highly recommend. As first time buyers me and my wife were worried about the stress involved in getting on to the property ladder. Derek and his team however made the whole process very easy and stress free. From putting in the offer to getting the keys was a smooth process and we were kept in the loop the whole way with regular updates. Would happily use again should we decide to move in the future.

Shame I can't leave a 0 star rating. Please think carefully before being a tenant with Purfect Properties. Doesn't know how to manage properties. Repairs get done shoddily, lack of communication, only put deposit into scheme after I kept badgering him otherwise wouldn't have been done. Asked if we could do things, said yes then backtracked. Terrible letting agent, DO NOT trust him. Please make sure to look for Derek Hall in Google and you will fing he's been struck off twice for letting properties

Amazing service from start to finish, professional staff and very attentive team, an estate agents that go the extra mile. From offer accepted, we were in our new home within 6weeks.
