I ordered food thursday for home delivery, 20 minutes later i get a call to say they aren't making pizza . I asked for my money back and was told by the alleged manager that would be done. It is 5 days and when I called today I was told a manager would call me in 1hr and half, 3 hrs later no call I call back and told hold the line let me call the manager and was cut off. Called again and told the manager is too busy to deal with me, Absolutely disgusted with the level and lack of responsibility and customer care shown.

We had struggled to find someone capable/willing to remove a large canting tree at the very end of our garden, next to a shed and a fence. Mandy Dorta thought outside the box and managed to achieve this through someone, quite rightly, she thought could achieve this. If the tree had come down it would have caused serious damage but Mandy Dorta was proved right as the chosen person did a very difficult job very well, especially given the lack of parking outside the house. I have used Hamptons both for a sale and rental. The sales team In Alton Hampshire were awful. They disregarded my instructions, were patronising and rude to me and liaised with the buyer without informing me. Some of their actions behind my back almost collapsed the sale. I felt pressurised to accept an offer. The whole experience was something I never want to repeat. In terms of the rental, they refused to problems with the property despite repeated requests and then charged me for the repairs from my deposit. Absolutely dishonest.
