Brianna was a dream to deal with and helped us find a gorgeous rental property in Beaconsfield. Vicky Lyle was extremely helpful from start to finish. She even went out her way to speak with the existing tenant to see if they wanted to sell some furniture. Beware of Frost Partnership Lettings Beaconsfield. As tenants we have experienced them as toxic and bad faith actors only addressing major problems after we had to involve solicitors. Kitchen appliances that were not safe, broken blinds, radiators off the wall or not working, hanging on to our deposit at end of tenancy in order to earn some more accrued interest, etc. etc. This was concerning a 5-bedroom detached house in the so-called "Golden Triangle" in Beaconsfield that commanded quite a hefty rent. As a tenant avoid at all cost.

Moving out is stressful enough....

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent.

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

We recently sold our late mother's house in Beaconsfield through Frosts. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went over and above in doing various things such as fixing locks, watering houseplants and giving our buyers information on local schools. Frosts were able to secure a buyer where the joint agent was not. Our only other comment would be to say that the house sold for considerably less than Frosts' original Probate valuation figure, which meant that our legal fees were higher than they would have been had the Probate valuation been accurate, as the legal fees were based on a percentage of the Probate valuation.
