GoogleEltze were the only estate agents to recommend a sensible sale price for my mother’s house following her death in March. The other 2 agent’s prices were really out of line considering market conditions at the time. Despite 2 offers falling through a cash buyer was found offering a realistic price and the sale went through without any problems. We would recommend Bob Eltze to deal with any property sales

GoogleBob Eltze and his team are amazing. They walked with us every step of the way through the purchase of a house in Iver, and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was reassuring from the start to realise we were dealing with experienced local estate agents with a long-term view, not the latest young buck trying to make one! Bob's manner is everything but pushy, which, if you're thinking of selling, might not seem like a good thing as you probably want someone hustling for you... but for us as a purchaser, we were put off by younger pushier people who seemed less concerned about getting us in the right house and more concerned to make a sale. By contrast Bob's approach reassured us that we could trust him, as we needed to, when we had questions or faced difficulties with the purchase. That kept us going to the end, and we're now enjoying getting to know Iver. Thanks Bob, and all the team at Eltze Estates.

GoogleI have had my house in North Park managed for five years by Laurie, Bob and Jo and i couldn't recommend them more highly. They dealt with my tenants brilliantly and nothing was a problem. Their recommendations for tradesmen were always of the highest standard. When it came to selling the property ,they made the process painless. I have had both a lucrative and problem free experience working with Eltze Estates. Very highly recommended , five star service.

GoogleBob and his team were very responsive and professional and rented out my apartment very quickly. The online video and photos were of the highest quality and no doubt were responsible for the quick letting. Would really recommend Elize Estates for both property sales and lettings as I will certainly be using them again.

Always responding promptly to any emails or calls and doing everything they could to make the renting experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. GoogleBob at Eltze Estates had a very professional approach and gave honest information and advice during our purchase. He ensured that the sale went smoothly and in a timely fashion to the point he made extra effort on chasing up vendor's solicitors to escalate the sale. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him to anyone.

GoogleWow. In my past 5 years of renting. I have never come across any estate agent as transparent and professional as Eltze Estates. Laurie and Jo are my contacts. Me and my wife rented at Olympia House for 18 months. Eltze Estates would send emails and updates regularly in regards to the complex. Their communication is second to none with replying back to emails within 24 hours. Our dishwasher broke and they replaced it within 1 week. When we left the property they returned our deposit in 2 weeks. I could imagine landlords having their properties managed my eltze would remain carefree as they do such a good Job! Something quite rare in this industry!

YellGreat service, expertise and people
Eltze Estates helped us to sell our flat recently and they couldn’t have been more professional, diligent or helpful if they had tried. The sale was particularly problematic due to a lease extension and various other issues relating to repairs to the building. This meant that we had to deal with several building contractors, 3 sets of solicitors, the buyer, the freeholder and a local planning officer. It simply couldn't have been done without Eltze Estates who went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that the sale went through. I am also convinced that we got the best possible price for the flat given the circumstances. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any prospective seller.....or buyer for that matter. Thank you Eltze Estates
