The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

Katie for Chancellors (Henley) was able to find me a place quickly which alleviated alot of stress that comes with having to move suddenly. GoogleI have had absolutely the worst experience of working with Chancellors. I have been dealing Richard Kindred. First thing first they sucked me in with a high selling price, even though my better instincts told me otherwise I went with it, wasted a couple of months at that price. Secondly their contracts tie you in for six months, I should have paid more attention but clearly that is the sign of a very insecure busy. After two months they then suggested reducing the price significantly. Thirdly in three months I have had two viewings. I once went to pick up my keys and they had left them in the car in the car park, great security. Communication has been awful. Richard has called once in three months. I get an automatically generated email once a week that is just some apparent activity numbers. The flat is lovely in a lovely block and in a lovely location so no issues there. Their office in Amersham is scruffy, mostly empty and no one there on Saturdays because they are out on viewings. My main issue is that when a business has clearly failed to deliver their side of the bargain, then letting me out of the contract is just good customer service. But no they want to hold me in, even though they are delivering terrible customer service etc. I would not recommend these people in any way.
