We have just bought our first house and we both found our real estate agent (Beth) extremely helpful and approachable. We were a little apprehensive about talking to a real estate agent as we are first time buyers but she made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. I would recommend Bonners and Babingtons and in particular Beth to anyone who is looking for real estate agents who care about you and are genuine in helping you.

My partner and I met with a few local agents to help us with the sale of our house, and we are so pleased that we went with Bonners & Babingtons in Stokenchurch. Jack was brilliant, and for the few occasions he wasn't in to answer our call the team stepped in and supported positively. We opted to use their recommended photographer and were really pleased with the photos that were produced for our house. The actual house sale was a really positive experience. Lots of viewings were organised and we had a few offers on the table within a week - of which we accepted one at full asking price. We had an onward purchase that unfortunately fell through just prior to exchange day (we decided to go ahead with our sale and move into rented), but in the lead up to getting that sorted Jack was incredible and diligent. He kept us regularly updated, chased people throughout the chain regularly to keep things going, and was very patient with my regular calling to see what was happening in what is one of the most stressful situations you go through! Thank you! I would be very happy to recommend Bonners & Babingtons Stokenchurch to anybody wishing to sell their house.

These guys have been absolutely brilliant! Right from the start when Jack came round to view our flat and put the property on the market, through to our exchange & completion that is happening this week! Beth has also been fantastic, we were lucky to have both on them working on our sale. We had a lot of complications with solicitors, took much longer than it should, both Jack & Beth kept in constant contact, they were always on hand to chase the buyer & solicitors, honestly couldn't have got through this without them. Would definitely recommend this estate agent, very happy :)

I chose to use Bonners and Babingtons after having five other estate agent come and value our home. From the outset they were professional and gave us a realistic value. There was a range of £75000 between the lowest and highest valuation but the ale price Bonners gave us is what was achieved. Beth was our direct contact for the sale and has been a star.
