We’ve recently purchased a property through Bartrams and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Damian went above and beyond throughout the whole process, kept us updated and made us feel at ease from start to finish. We’d spoken to Damian previously and explained what we wanted with budgets, commuting and schools etc. He called us to arrange a viewing once our house became available and couldn’t have been more spot with what we’d asked for. We sold our previous house which wasn’t in the area with another agent who to be quite honest, showed nowhere near the level of professionalism shown by Bartrams. Thanks to Damian for all his tireless efforts and patience in getting me to completion just over a week ago. The conveyancing for the purchase was an extremely long, complicated and, at times, stressful process. Without Damian’s help, expertise, professionalism and forbearance I honestly don't think I would’ve reached this point. Damian never lost sight of the end goal and kept the process on track throughout the transaction. He was always available to help guide us through the transaction and went above and beyond to ensure we reached our goal of completion.
