GoogleHonest, proactive and helpful. From the agent (Gill) to property managers (Andrea, Toni) and handyman (Peter) - every part of the rental process was handled smoothly. I recently had to find another flat and saw one on Rightmove, I must say from the very first phone call to me actually moving in (today) the way every person dealt with me has been so very professional and helpful, everything went smoothly and I was always kept in touch with the process. GoogleFriendly and welcoming when you move in. Massively unprofessional when leaving the property although they conduct inspections every 3 months. They have independent inventory people who don't see problems when you move in but can see any minute issue when you leave. I was charged for professional cleaning after I had spent nearly 300 for cleaning. A massive no no from someone who lived in a property for 28 months and was robbed off deposit. Talking of professionalism, part of ceiling wallpaper was left hanging for 6 months even after requested to sort it out

GoogleWould highly recommend this agent. I have dealt with them for nearly 10 years and have nothing but praise for them. I have dealt mostly with Karen and John and they have been excellent in all areas and could not be more helpful and professional but I have to stress that whoever I deal with there, I am always very happy with the service and advice given. They really look after you and support you with everything and I cannot praise them enough. Would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleHaving had difficult experiences with other estate agents in the past, we were sceptical that this is experience would be any better. I am pleased to say that Edward Taub are by far the best estate agents that we have dealt with. They are respectful and listen. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleAwful agents called three times and never had a return call. Took business elsewhere and now moved into a new property. The lady who answers calls at reception is very rude also.

I apologise if your experience with Edward Taub was unsatisfactory. I am unsure of the circumstances surrounding your complaint but at the time of your review (5 weeks ago), we did not have a receptionist working here as most of the office staff have all worked remotely other than to carry out viewings and our other duties in line with government guidelines. Phones were being answered by myself and another negotiator so not sure who you spoke with.
