The team at Edward Taub are incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Mihaela has been absolutely amazing. I unfortunately had some major plumbing issues at my property. She quickly and competently handling everything on my behalf, keeping me updated as often as necessary. She really helped to alleviate the stress of a difficult and potentially very costly situation, and I could not be happier with the result. Everyone I’ve interacted with while using their services have been friendly, helpful and attentive. Exactly what you want from a property management service.

My fiancé & I have recently moved into our rental cottage in Loughton through Edward Taub. The whole experience has been incredibly easy and comfortable, thanks to the kindness and patience from those who work there! Communication is great, making the referencing etc incredibly easy. We have had bad experiences with letting agents in London in the past, and these lot have restored our faith! Even coming over first thing in the morning to get us back in when we were silly enough to lock ourselves out 🥴 which wasn't an easy job to get back in, so that was hugely appreciated 🙏 Special thanks to Gill, Mihaela, and John who have been super lovely helping us with the move in & saving us from calling out a locksmith!

Splendid service! This must be the best agency I’ve dealt with in my 10 years in the UK (and I’ve moved quite a bit). I was impressed from the moment I collected the apartment keys, they were expecting me, and an envelope had been prepared with useful documentation and the keys. (At the risk of sounding cheesy, I genuinely felt like a queen, I left the agency smiling.) Every person I interacted with, whether agents or maintenance, was quick to respond and resolved any issues promptly. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. Edward Taub were highly recommended to me to sell my home and I fully appreciated why from the moment I met Jamie Clark. We put in an offer straight away and Gill was fantastic about getting it to the landlord and getting it all sorted so it was ours!
