GoogleWould highly recommend Red Homes, Rich was honest in his valuation, and efficient and professional in getting the correct photos to allow a successful fast sale. During the completion process he acted as a great middle man to share information with the client when other professionals in the chain perhaps slowed things. He was really helpful in getting it over the line. Would highly recommend ⭐️

GoogleThe Best Local Estate Agent - If you want a good Estate Agent to Sell your Property in East Devon look no further than Richard Spiller of Red Homes. He is an easy guy to get on with and has a sense of humour. His Communication is very good and we were kept well informed at all points. Richard gives an honest and realistic Valuation of your Property in the current Market Conditions. He won't give you a hopelessly overpriced Value like many other Local Agents, he Values to achieve a Sale. Richard is a local man and he did a great job of Selling our Property for a fair Fee, despite it being in the quiet Winter Months. We were very fortunate as he eventually managed to find us a Cash Buyer and from Offer to Completion took less than a Month. We would not hesitate to use his Services again.

GoogleIn a phrase 'Great service' I know estate agents do not always get the best press. But Richard provided a first rate service. enquiries were dealt with promptly, very flexible and accommodating helping us manage a move remotely for our parents and continued to support us after the house purchase had gone through. Always professional a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended .....
