Rich truly goes above and beyond, even a whole year after my house move! He was fantastic throughout my house sale and was actually one of the reasons I ended up getting my dream home. He was also involved in selling the property I was buying, and without his guidance, communication and willingness to answer my MANY questions (at all hours!), I honestly don’t think the whole process would have gone as smoothly as it did. I wanted to stick with a local, independent business, while still having that level of support and reassurance throughout the process, and Rich absolutely delivered. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks again, Rich! 😊

Would highly recommend Red Homes, Rich was honest in his valuation, and efficient and professional in getting the correct photos to allow a successful fast sale. During the completion process he acted as a great middle man to share information with the client when other professionals in the chain perhaps slowed things. He was really helpful in getting it over the line. Would highly recommend ⭐️

The Best Local Estate Agent - If you want a good Estate Agent to Sell your Property in East Devon look no further than Richard Spiller of Red Homes. He is an easy guy to get on with and has a sense of humour. His Communication is very good and we were kept well informed at all points. Richard gives an honest and realistic Valuation of your Property in the current Market Conditions. He won't give you a hopelessly overpriced Value like many other Local Agents, he Values to achieve a Sale. Richard is a local man and he did a great job of Selling our Property for a fair Fee, despite it being in the quiet Winter Months. We were very fortunate as he eventually managed to find us a Cash Buyer and from Offer to Completion took less than a Month. We would not hesitate to use his Services again.

In a phrase 'Great service' I know estate agents do not always get the best press. But Richard provided a first rate service. enquiries were dealt with promptly, very flexible and accommodating helping us manage a move remotely for our parents and continued to support us after the house purchase had gone through. Always professional a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended .....

Do not use Red Homes in Bracknell! Caroline Bradbury was beyond rude and unwilling to help with the sale of a property we bought. Could not answer simple questions when viewing a property. I specifically put Caroline Bradbury as the reason for this one star review and I don’t understand how they are still in business due to her complete lack of customer service skills. I will never use Red Homes and will never look at a home listed by this company. I would give zero stars if possible.
