FacebookAs I hadn’t moved house for many years I was nervous but was put at ease quickly when Sam came round. Sam explained everything thoroughly and was very polite and helpful. Michelle was really helpful and came back with feedback after each viewing. I would recommend Your Move to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you both as my you sold very quickly.

FacebookSam Pillinger was excellent. I originally went with a competitor on price and the fact I had a bad experience with Your Move some yeaes ago but, Sam persuaded me to come to Your Move when that contract period was up. Once I came over he was able to sell the property at close to the asking price and also redeem the Company's reputation.

FacebookI don't believe in luck, I believe in trust and understanding, I've been with MRS Emilia William for some YEARS and I've made a good amount of money with her simple strategies of trading. Meeting with her has been the best experience that has happened to me in the past few months and I'm expecting yet another payment from the broker. Donna Sirrell at the Bromsgrove office has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is in order, to enable us to move in on our scheduled date. She has provided excellent service, guidance and kept us regularly updated throughout the process. GoogleI chose YourMove Bromsgrove to sell my house as I had heard great things. My agent, Malcolm helped to get the process started by visiting me at home as I had a broken foot. Malcolm was swift in getting the house on the market and both he and Paul (the office manager) provided me with great advice throughout. Both Malcolm and Paul were always available to take a call and provided me with detailed feedback throughout the process. As a result, the sale progressed quickly, and luckily I had a couple of viewings and was able to accept an offer within 3 days. The house is now nearing completion and I would defintely recommend YourMove Browsgrove to anyone else that is looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleEmma and Malcolm have helped me in my gruling search for a rental property, I have sold my house and there is nothing for me to buy at the moment and I did not want to be pressured therefore renting was my best option. It has been painstakingly challenging to find somewhere for the last 2 months that would take pets. The team at Bromsgrove managed to find me a property that was suitable. Emma was very helpful and kept in contact with me until the right property came along.

GoogleInitially, I was on the market with another Estate Agent in Bromsgrove. Full of talk and charm but definitely no action. I don't even believe I had "Real Viewers" - Really not happy with them at all and decided to go with another Estate Agent. Contacted Your Move and spoke to Paul. He came out and looked at the property and is a straight talker (just like myself) - I'm not the easiest of clients. Paul and his staff have been brilliant. Can always get Paul if I need to. Very professional and certainly sent me the viewers too! I really do highly recommend! If you are thinking of selling or buying, then don't go anywhere else! Go straight to Your Move Bromsgrove and to Paul and his staff!

GoogleI would like to Thank Donna and her Team at the Bromsgrove Branch. We where quite difficult clients because we lived abroad and we had our daughter in law as the go between. But the service Donna and Co gave us all was fantastic they where all so calming and made sure nothing was a problem. GoogleCannot praise your move enough . From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing . Even going to my boss's house at 8pm to get paperwork signed , whilst all the people i have been in contact with malcolm and emma i have to say Donna has been an absolute star she goes above and beyondto help you (she was the one who went to my boss ' s house) shes so friendly . Its such a relief to finally rent from a letting agents that want to help .the fees are really low and yet you get the best service . Thanks Donna i really appreciate your help !!

GoogleWe bought a house listed by Your Move Bromsgrove and the team were brilliant from viewing through to completion. Emma accompanied us on our viewings and was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly and knowledgable but also gave us some space to look around the house ourselves. After we had our offer accepted we liaised with Paul who kept us updated every step of the way with weekly phone calls. We appreciated knowing what was going on and his advice on the process. Emma also phoned us a week after we had moved in to make sure we were settling in and was eager to find out any changes we planned to make. Overall we were very happy to buy a house with Your Move, thank you to the team!

GoogleWhat an amazing Estate Agents Your-Move Bromsgove is, (it should be 10 stars!). All the staff have been so helpful and always get back to you whenever they say they will. Donna Sirrell is the main reason I’m using Your Move Estate Agents. I wasn’t happy with a local Agent for over a year and Donna restored pice of mind and has shown me what a great Estate Agents service looks like! Not for getting Malcolm too, for his help and chasing me. I cannot find a bad thing to say about them all. Thanks for a great service.

GoogleI've had some e-mail related problems, something went wrong on my end. However when I called to be helped, Donna from lettings was amazing, she has put in a huge amount of effort to help me out as it was about a week for the contract to be reviewed and continued. Always a happy chat and always a great experience with the troubles I've had. He was professional from the start a good communicator which is evident with all members of the team. After 6 weeks, 2 viewings and one offer, Maxine had worked her magic. GoogleWe initially rented our property out through Your Move and then subsequently sold it. Susan Gurney was absolutely superb throughout the whole process. We had regular updates, no real need for us to spend time chasing, this was all done and handled for us by Susan, if it wasn't for her I am sure we would still be going through the process now! GoogleHaving dealt with Paul and the team at Bromsgrove for nearly the last 10 yrs - fully managing a property I rented out through them & then just v recently going on to sell it, I can not fault the service and advice from them. As I do not live local to the property, they have fully managed different tenants in the house which has made my life so much easier! Having recently decided to sell the house, Paul and his team have marketed the house, done 24 viewings and had 9 offers come in for it, in the space of less than 3 days! The house was not in the best of conditions and I was not holding much hope out for it selling quickly or anywhere near the asking price. When Paul phoned me to say they had sold it at £12,000 over the asking price, I thought he was joking!! I know the team have worked hard on this & I am v grateful and for that I can only give 5 out of 5 stars. Absolutely highly recommended! Thank you all at the Bromsgrove Your Move Branch!

The photos that were taken looked excellent and the way the property was marketed was brilliant. GoogleI purchased my property two years ago through Your Move. Sam was aware my mortgage was coming up for renewal and booked me in to see the financial adviser Craig. Craig has been great throughout the whole process and has now saved me more money on my mortgage and found me a better deal. Highly recommend and I will most definitely be using their services when it comes to selling my property.
