I sold my mother's house with Oulsnam (Moseley branch) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. The communication was good and thankfully I experienced a very positive experience and the sale went through smoothly. The sale had to be pushed through quickly at the end due to factors out of our control and Oulsnam were very helpful and got it all sorted. Would highly recommend.

GoogleNothing but praise for how Oulsnam in Bromsgrove were throughout our purchase which was on and off three times, mainly dealing with Tim and Pete who were both extremely professional and excellent throughout and wish I had put my sale through them as well instead of another agent just a 2 min walk from them. Highly recommend.

GoogleVery professional and friendly staff. We were selling my late mother’s house. Great photos and description online and in the brochure . After the first buyer pulled out we had to start again, but it all went quite smoothly overall and eventually sold.

Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.
