GoogleMacks are the absolute best estate agent/management company I have ever encountered. Kind and pragmatic, they take care of tenants and treat you with respect and dignity. All issues taken care of quickly and professionally. A rare gem amongst their competitors, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every member of the team has been fantastic.

GoogleI moved to London from New York and worked with Chris and Neel form Mack Properties. Both of them were excellent to work with - so helpful, kind, and efficient. I'd be delighted to work with either of them again.

GoogleMacks Properties are great people to rent a property from: always helpful, communicative and constructive. They really take care of their tenants, and are unfailingly positive and solution-focused. I was a tenant for 11 years and from day one they have been super efficient, engaged and active. But most of all they do everything with a natural warmth and empathy that can’t be bought at any price. Total recommendation!

GoogleGreat service throughout my two year tenancy. Always had a specialist attend the flat as soon as we reported any issues. Neel and his team are great landlords and would highly recommend for stress free renting!

GoogleI have to say that I met many property agencies but Macks Properties is the best agency! In few words:oudstanding service, responding quick and sort out any problem straigh away, caring and helpful. I have to mention name Neel, who represents the agency. He was absolutely amazing, honest and helpful. I high recommend the person! Thank you again for your help and support. It was really pleasure to rent property from you. Kind Regards

GoogleI have been dealing with Macks Properties now for over 5 years and they manage my rentals full management. I reside overseas and the service that I receive is on a very personal level. Though I may not be a lucrative client like many of the other clients, but I am treated like one. In 2020 I had a renovation project that I was hoping to handle myself but with the restriction of COVID was unable to be present there and the whole project was taken care of to a very high standard and within budget. Since then I have managed to check the result and was overwhelmed and that is an understatement. Thank You all in the Team.

GoogleI was lucky enough to rent a flat from Macks Properties for just under a year and half. From the beginning Neel and whole team were super friendly, really helpful and very professional. Nothing was too much and they were always there to help. I was sad to leave. They have to be the beat letting agents I've ever dealt with! Highly recommend!

GoogleWhat can I say? Neel and the whole team were fantastic from day 1! Any problems we had were listened to and seen to straight away. Neel and Kim are so friendly and super helpful. We were with Macks for just over 3 years and we were genuinely sad to leave. The tenants which Neel selects are all friendly and he actually cares about getting the right people in. I wish Macks all the best for the future and will hopefully remain in contact as friends for the foreseeable future!

GoogleWe bought an investment property through Neel which was previously managed on the lettings side already. The tenant was to stay in the property after the purchase and Neel helped organise all the paperwork and documents we needed without any hassle. He also liaised with the solicitors and took away all the worry and questions that came up. He has been managing the property for us and we cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

GoogleImpeccable services. They found me a very nice flat immediately, I've been tenant for 5 years and I never had an major issue with the flat, and all the smallest that happens in five years (tap water issues, or such) always have been resolved rapidly Many Thanks!!!
Thank you for the kind words Simon, wishing you all the best. Neel

GoogleWe recently purchased a property from Macks Properties and were thoroughly impressed by the service throughout the entire process. The property was rennovated to a very high standard - everything was thoughtfully planned and executed - we love our new house! Neel really was excellent and supported us throughout, including giving advice during the sale and with a few post-purchase enquiries we had. Very highly recommded - I would definitely use Macks Properties again.

GoogleBest letting & managing agent ever. I've been an agent 17 years, and pride myself on quality over quantity. I cant be everywhere at once, so now that my business has grown, and become more sales & consultancy focussed, I've partnered with Neel on all managed properties. Somehow this man can be everywhere at once... I don't know how he does it. Different class!

GoogleI have entrusted Macks Properties with the management of my property in South Croydon for four years. They take care of all the necessary maintenance, allowing us to take a step back and avoid any day-to-day responsibilities. I am more than happy to recommend their services.

GoogleSo happy with the great service we have received. We moved to Macks Properties from our old letter agents under a recommendation from a friend and only wish we had done it sooner. Couldn't recommend enough.

GoogleAs a tenant, this is by far the best experience I've had of renting a property from a lettings agent. The team are very responsive and all of the processes to move in were quick, efficient, and transparent. Excellent service!!
