We contacted Matt after being on the market with a high street agent. Our experience with this agent was not positive and we wanted a better service from our agent. We definitely got this with Matt, we were able to talk honestly with him and he gave us some great advice. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street agent, we were able to communicate so easily with Matt and get feedback from viewings and the best way to move forward. He was a pleasure to work with and we sold our house in a less stressful way had we had still been with the high street agent. We would definitely recommend Matt and Goatley and Hirst to any friends or family who are looking to sell their home

He was incredibly personable, always available when we needed him, and consistently proactive and communicative throughout the entire process. If Luke said he would do something, it got done straight away, no need for follow up, which was hugely reassuring. Luke went above and beyond and offered valuable insights into which offers were the strongest to pursue. Their confidence and track record on our street gave us a lot of trust, and our open houses were fully booked every time. Having met with several large high street agents, I appointed with G&H. Their approach, attitude, communication and personable style was appealing. Rate was competitive. Matt was extremely responsive, professional and has a way building rapport with people. Even though two buyers fell through due to no fault of me or G&H, Matt was encouraging and persistent. We ended with our third buyer and achieved our desired price within 2 days of opening up to viewing (every single time).
