Dear Giacomo. I have spoken to your Property Manager and she informs me that your landlord had a long list of items that needed fixing before you moved in. He has agreed to do all of these and has done his best to do so before moved in. I believe that there is still one outstanding item which is due to be fixed within the next 7 days. Unfortunately, as we don't manage the property for your landlord, he choses to use his own contractors, but we have kept you updated during the process and will continue to do so until the items have been resolved to your satisfaction. I am sorry that you have not been happy with the service and if I have missed anything, I would be very pleased to hear from you. Thanks.
