GoogleI could not thank the team at Lesley Hooks enough. We viewed around 50 houses with various companies and the support and professionalism of Lesley hooks was second to none. When we finally had an offer accepted on a house, Jake helped us through every step of the process. He kept in regular communication, answered all our queries and reassured us. Jake liaised brilliantly between different parts of the chain, giving progress updates and following up on any problems. We had a tight deadline and we would not have met it without Jake. We felt as if he genuinely cared about us getting the property and could always rely on him. He’s literally saved us thousands of pounds by completing before the mortgage expired. Lesley Hooks- he needs a raise and recognition as he is truly outstanding. Service Above and beyond in every way.

GoogleBrought a house through Lesley Hooks, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to thanks Rachel and Victoria who kept me updated and chased the seller and solicitor. Other agencies are more focused on getting you to use their mortgage providers as I suspect they get commission!

GooglePurchased a property being sold through Leslie Hooks Boromborough, have to say first class from point of viewing (Abbie) to completion this week. Any questions I asked were answered promptly , great to see they use out of office on email and pick up each other’s emails when they aren’t available. Special shout to Jake and Rachael (I think it was) and to rest of team. Every aspect of my purchase went well. 5*++ service. THANK YOU ALL.

GoogleI recently completed on my first home which was listed by Lesley Hooks. From start to finish, the team have been incredibly helpful and professional. Arranging viewings was easy and the team were always available to answer any questions and were so kind and personable at the viewings, which put me at ease as a first time buyer. During the process, Carrie-Anne could not have done more for us. She responded to all all emails within the day and followed up all enquiries to move things along. She was always happy to help. I am so glad and thankful they made my experience a positive one!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
