Well, what can I say other than WOW! From the outset we were blown away by the staff and service received from the team at Lesley Hooks. You won’t meet a more enthusiastic property lister/manager than Victoria…….we totally fell in love with her! When she sat cross legged on the floor in order be at the same eye level as my frail Mum I was sold! Mum adores her. Claire has been awesome……..giving feedback on all the viewings that occurred and guiding us with good advice and boosting us up when moral was low. What a girl! Then Jake, taking us through the roller coaster of the legal bit and surveys etc by making them so much easier to navigate than they would have been if trying to experience the process alone. What a true gem he is. He talked me down from the edge several times! Also I give a shout out to all the other staff that were involved in our sale that we may not have directly spoken to ……THANK YOU! It’s not just a job for these guys……..they really care and are very human. I would not hesitate to recommend Lesley Hooks to deal with your property sale/purchase. Well done and heart felt thanks folks. X

I have recently had an offer accepted on a property and whilst we are only at the early stages of purchasing, I couldn’t be more pleased with Lesley Hooks. They’ve made it so easy and nothing is too much trouble, especially Claire. She’s a delight to talk to and honestly I don’t feel rushed like other estate agents I’ve dealt with. We can't thank Lesley Hooks enough for making the whole process of selling and buying our house go so smoothly. They are a fantastic team who are extremely friendly, professional, and all in all great people. We were expecting months of stress but thanks to everyone here it became a rather enjoyable experience. We were nervous about moving as it was our first time buying and selling simultaneously, and we werent sure on how stressful the whole process would be, but Lesley Hooks did a fantastic job at minimising any potential hiccups. We never felt pressured to sell with them, and they always made us feel in control of the whole process. And to top it off they also have a great understanding and experience of selling new-build properties tied to Help-To-Buy loans, such as ours. Every single member of staff deserves huge credit. From valuing our house and having photographs taken, to viewing many houses, making offers, and finalising the sale/purchase, everybody we came into contact with was just so lovely and helpful. I want to give personal thanks to Jake who was amazing throughout the final stages of our sale and purchase, dealing with my constant enquiries and always chasing the relevant people up when necessary. He is a great guy with excellent communication, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Even after completion he was extremely helpful with some enquiries I had after moving into our new home, and would always do everything he could to ensure we were settling in well. We completed on our sale and purchase with Lesley Hooks yesterday and I honestly can't thanks the staff there enough for everything they did to ensure a smooth process. I think I met most of the team there and each one was lovely to deal with. Ben took some fantastic photo's of our property and did a great job with the viewings, and he was always really accommodating. When it came time to be handed over to Jake, I couldn't have felt in safer hands. I highly recommend Lesley hooks estate agents to anyone looking to selling their home. Our property was sold on the first day and the team there handled everything from the viewings and then everything throughout the sale.
