After our offer was accepted, he kept in regular touch, providing us with weekly updates and ensured that any ongoing questions we had were immediately forwarded on to the vendors with their replies instantly sent back to us. My wife and I found that overall, Darren was most pleasant and helpful and he is clearly a great asset to what has been a most professional agency to deal with.
