Can’t recommend Jake, Harry and the rest of his team at bacon and co broadwater. We recently purchased our property through the Broadwater branch and the service was superb. Our agent Daisy Chamberlain was excellent from the first viewing throughout the purchase, we purchased a probate property so could view many times and visit with tradesmen and this was never an inconvenience to Daisy. Based on a recommendation, I started to use the services of Bacon/Micawber Lettings when I wanted to rent my property out just over 3 years ago. From the start they have been friendly, helpful and very efficient. The process has run very smoothly and I have always felt very well supported by all of the team. As a new landlord, there were sometimes occasions when I just needed advice about how best to deal with things and they were always happy to help, providing good advice.
