Would highly recommend Oakwood Homes Letting Agents. I have lived in one of their properties for almost 6 months now and nothing is too much trouble for them. Kate was fantastic in dealing with my tenancy sign up. My property manager Toni is also brilliant and is very quick to respond. They work really hard with both the tenants and the landlords to ensure communication is quick and clear. Will certainly stay with them as long as I can.

I literally don’t have words to describe how wonderful and seamless my experience has been with moving to Oakwood and re-renting my property. It went from a trashed apartment, whilst being managed by another agent, to Kate taking me on, lending me a wonderful handy man, one viewing and a new tenant in around a week! We tried to view a house in Broadstairs a couple of years ago. We weren’t in a chain and were cash buyers so in an ideal position for a seller. Twice we chased them up on when we could view and both times they promised to phone back but didn’t. Perhaps because we were cash buyers and they wanted to sell to someone who would take a mortgage through them.
