Many thanks to Ella and Holly from Paignton who have put up with my stupid questions and my ever-lasting anxiety. Myself and my partner had to move 6 hours away from our hometown, so it’s fair to say that moving has been so stressful. Ella walked us through everything (she even had a week off and helped us immensely when she returned!) and the whole process was so much smoother than I expected. Holly was there to help me through the payments and answered my ridiculously anxious queries. Many thanks to the both of you! Thanks Simon, Chelsey and all the team at Absolute. The media like to make a meal out of bad landlords, but can't thank you enough for sorting out problematic tenants. You re-let our property within a day of it becoming vacant and the new tenants are happy even though the weather has not permitted the re-rendering of the back of the property. It will be sorted ASAP, but it seems it is not a problem to the new people. All of the surrounding residents are happy with their new neighbours. Thanks again for your professional services. Absolute were absolutely amazing! I can't fault the support they gave me through the sale of my property. Due to being messed around with my purchase I had to find a buyer 3 times within the year - Absolute gave the best advice at every step and nothing was too much trouble. Each time they were able to find a new buyer within days. Special thanks has to go to Lewis who was so patient and kind, I knew I could call him with any question and it would be handled professionally and in my best interest. That being said, everyone I spoke to in Brixham office were professional, polite and extremely helpful. This was marred by the buyer who, I was told, was a cash purchaser and therefore more likely to complete quickly. I accepted an offer at the start of August and completed on 18tth November. Great service from everyone I dealt with at both the Paignton and Brixham offices, from the initial suggestions of suitable properties right through to the final collection of keys. Special mentions to Lewis who was a pleasure to deal with, keeping me informed of developments and answering queries and Claire who went out if her way to ensure I was able to pick up the keys to my property outside normal office hours (I had travelled from Yorkshire and bad traffic delayed my arrival by several hours).
