GoogleI recently bought a house that was being sold through Morgan & Sons and they are fantastic. Alex is super friendly and responsive to emails and calls, and Ben was also brilliant. Couldn't fault them at all from start to finish, would highly recommend.

GoogleRecently purchased our first flat and Morgan & Sons - Adam, Alex and Ben - were, alongside our broker, by far the most helpful people in the whole process. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions to ask and Morgan & Sons were always happy to answer and make suggestions that could help us move the process along. We came across a few difficulties which might have made us homeless for a period of time if we didn't manage to pull the process off. It felt like Morgan & Sons were concerned about our predicament, even if they weren't able to control certain things (searches coming back, solicitors pace...) they always tried to push things along where they had power to do so.

GoogleI dealt with Morgan and sons estate agents about six years ago purchasing a slightly run down property. They were very helpful with their advise and knowledge about the area. I have renovated the property and lived there for four years. My circumstances changed through work and Morgan and sons found me a very good tenant who looked after the property and always paid their rent on time. I have returned to Bristol recently and not only did Morgans sell this property very quickly but have now found me my new home. Very good family run business which has continued to be totally responsive helpful and professional. Thank you 5 stars.

Ben came round swiftly for an appraisal and spoke alot of sense, he helped me through everything. Everyone at Morgan & Sons made everything so straight forward, I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleI was helping my friend whilst she was trying to find a flat to rent in St George and I just thought everyone we were involved with at Morgan and Sons were very polite, professional, and helpful!! They really put my friend at ease! I was especially impressed with one particular lady - Alex - she was so knowledgable about the finer details and was able to answer any queries or questions my friend had. I thought she was particularly helpful!! I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future

GoogleThis is my second time using Morgan and Son and they've been great on both occasions. Ben and Adam spent time to find me the right flat (first time) and house this time. I have kids and a dog and have struggled with other agents to find somewhere suitable but they went out of their way to get me a suitable home. They also returned my deposit with no delay or hassle when I moved from my flat. Great place and great team.

GoogleDo not rent through this company! Absolutely abysmal customer service. Took 38 Days to return a deposit for no reason at all apart from sheer incompetence.Almost impossible to contact if you have an issue. Lots of being fobbed off I've never known a company who's email server 'Breaks" so often. They send workmen round without appropriate notice.The tenant who lived above me used to beat up his girlfriend and was then evicted, i was then told as a lone female that he still had keys to the building and if he tried to enter to call the police it then took them more than a week to change the locks. I was told by one of their workmen that my dripping boiler would never be fixed as they had bought a dodgy batch of boilers for cheap and they really didn't care about it. There where so many more issues with them as well. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleMorgan and Sons were super professional from start to finish when seling our house. They offered a very competitive fee and their knowledge and experience is great. Despite a few set backs (including a global pandemic) they were always on the end of a phone with a positive outlook and very useful advice. All members of the team were helpful and great at communicating with us. I would highly recommend.
