GoogleBoth Levi and Steve were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the properties they were showing me round and answered all the questions I had. Also arranging a viewing at short notice wasn't a problem for them. Impressed with their positive attitude.

GoogleHad an inspection of a flat that I rent, done today by Ida Matczak. She was very friendly and professional and was listening carefully about some issues I am having with the place. Ida promised to address them to appropriate people and solve them ASAP.

GoogleVery poor experience with this agent. Was interested in letting a house, had absolutely no communication and had to ring every day to try and find out what was going on. Drove over two hours to view the house and the agent seems unsure if the landlord might be selling the house?! Just had a call from a manager who had even less of an idea what is going on. All the letting agents have emphasised how fast the market is right now and that we needed to be fast, and now we have missed out on the other properties thanks to Haart messing us around. Seriously avoid.

GoogleAfter hounding Haart for nearly 6 months they have still not changed the tenancy agreement even tho 3/4 tenants left the property giving the months notice and requesting change through their portal. Whenever we called, email or physically went in to their offices we were told the next manager will sort it out. We have had to withold rent, get solicitors invovled and contanct the landlord directly to attempt to solve the issue (still ongoing) as they plunged most of us into council tax debt when we had not been at the proeprty for months which they had been told numerous times. For your own sake please do not let through these people. They have caused us such stress over something that should have been so simple.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST! COMPLETELY USELESS. The property manager in charge of the property we are moving into only reviewed our reference documents the night before our move in day, leaving us no chance to be able to correct any issues. The checks should have been done well in advance and we should have been notified at least a week before that our move in date would need to be rescheduled. This should not have been communicated to us the evening before we are supposed to move in. The complete lack of transparency and communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. Even on the revised day of moving in, the reference checks were still not done after being told our contracts would be with us the first thing in the morning. Blaming property manager for doing it last minute is not an acceptable excuse. Being told that they have multiple properties to sort out, is not our problem that we should have to deal with. We should have had our contracts given to us well before moving in, yet we are still waiting to receive them on the evening of the revised move in day.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Nicola (super star agent and manager) was an absolute delight to interact with. She went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us to move into our new home, and took so much stress out of the process by being such a ray of sunshine. The other agents I had the pleasure of interacting with were also incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. However, Nicola's hard work, determination, and the interactions we shared is what took my experience to the next level. All I can say is that her friends, family and colleagues are very lucky to have her around. I'm very thankful to everyone at Haart Fishponds for their help and I couldn't recommend them enough!!

GoogleThe whole team at Fishponds were a delight to deal with , Especially Eva-Jayne. The customer service I received from her was outstanding. Questions/quieries were delt with promptly, liaised with the Solicitors weekly & all with a well needed sense of humour when required!

GoogleI have to shout out Ida at Haart for pretty much saving their reputation for me! As a landlord I was close to giving up until Ida took over as Property Manager. Since then she has been fab - quick to reply, knowledgable, helpful. Brilliant!
