Hello, we are very sorry to find you have felt dissatisfied with the service received by the Airsat Team so I’d like to try and clarify things further to enable you to see things from a different prospective! We have reviewed all correspondences with you through SpareRoom and I believe that we did try our best to assist you and despite our empathy for anyone with a guide dog as this property is a HMO (multiple tenants sharing) there are rules and regulations that we need to abide with and also it is ultimately landlord’s decision on who to take on. We as agents only have the role of finding suitable tenants and advise on government’s regulations. We still were happy for you to view the property and tried to arrange one for you however there was no communication from you and next thing 2 negative reviews being released from you on google.
