I used Airsat for a full house conversion from a residential home to an HMO, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Especially Shahin, he was outstanding throughout: professional, approachable, and always available with clear guidance and support, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dan and his building team did a fantastic job on the conversion, keeping me updated every step of the way. When a few challenges came up, they handled them quickly and efficiently, without ever cutting corners. The house has been completely transformed into a compliant, modern HMO, I’ve since handed it over to Airsat’s lettings team, with Shah and his team who were brilliant, professional, responsive, and made letting the property completely hassle-free. The property is now successfully let, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be using Airsat again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a conversion and letting.
