I vacated the house early as Swindon Taylors agent confirmed to refund the rent for the remaining days, it has been 3 months now but no response from Swindon Taylors team after multiple chasers.I was tenant foe more than 3 years but this company has no respect at all. Not recommending anyone to go with Taylors at all in any scenario. Swindon Staffs are very unprofessional.

GoogleI instructed Taylors to sell my house in the summer of 2011. Having tried another company who had failed before, I was hopeful that Taylors wouldn't. I was not disappointed.....from the moment Ben came to view and value our property until after the sale they were nothing but professional and helpful. Their work ethic in selling and even helping us to buy a property is outstanding and they would keep in constant contact as to how viewings went. Our sale was smooth and well handled and the contact with solicitors and the estate agent we were buying from was excellent. I would recommend Taylors to anybody looking for a professional and hassle free estate agent.

if you are to vacate their properties, make sure you contact them at least two months in advance and NOT 30 days notice. If yo do not cancel within a certain time frame your 30 days notice to vacate the property will not be valid.

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!

Very bad customer service. Did not properly check the property when I moved in. And deducted deposit even though the property was already in a very bad state.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
