Hi Ciara, we are very sorry that you feel we are 'horrible'. We have however explained that the guarantor you had provided unfortunately did not meet the affordability required to secure the property, this is due to the nature of your jobs. We, therefore, suggested an alternative, we have made efforts to help find a solution but understand you now no longer wish to proceed with the tenancy. We have therefore made arrangements to return your holding fee in full, and waivered the 3rd party guarantor processing costs. It is disappointing you feel our service warrants this negative feedback but we wish you well in your ongoing property search. If we can be of further assistance do please get in touch.
