GoogleWaited in for my valuation, no one arrived. Called them to find out it had been cancelled. Blame passed on to the call centre! Not very professional! Desk top valuation offered instead!! Not very accurate! Just lost a customer!

Currently renting a house through Connells. I am truly disappointed! They keep promising us that the constructor will come ‘today’ to fix reported issues but no one ever shows up and it’s been 5 weeks! No apologies either!

Twice in one year 2 separate agents have failed to show up an inspection they arranged. Took money for an extension of the rental contract, but didn't tell us landlord hadn't agreed until 4 months later. Utterly incompetent and no communication.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
