Finding suitable tenants was more problematic- for external reasons - than any of us expected. High level of communications over what became an elongated process owing to a less than responsive solicitor. They handled the viewings perfectly, arranged for surveyors to visit the empty property and took electricity and gas meter readings prior to completion. What a vile company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff who couldn't care less. Getting any response from her was a nightmare, so unprofessional, I would not recommend this company and will certainly never use them again.
