So the person responsible and lead incompetent is going to deal with a complaint- we'll done. When we met to discuss the debacle you were mute and failed mention arrangements had been made despite a direct enquiry. You have caused us financial hardship.BE VERY WARY of contracting with them.
Now that you have advised the complaint relates to the Branch Manager, we have asked the relevant Regional Manager to investigate and respond to your complaint. This process is also being overseen by our central customer service team.

GoogleAndrews southville branch have been great. We had multiple offers on our property within the week and I’m confident their advice on advertised price was right. Interaction with all the team has been a pleasure, and I would highly recommend. They arranged all viewings really quickly and I think the approach of 2 viewing days worked really well. Lisa+Colleagues clearly did a great job showing off our house - we felt in safe hands throughout. Definitely recommend.

I’ve just managed to complete on my property sale after 3 fall throughs on with another agent!! Matt and Lisa suggested I sell via the modern auction as it was faster and more secure and I’m so glad they did. I really appreciated their expertise and suggestion as they found me an outer and it completed within 2 months!! The contact was brilliant from Andrews and the auction team, they worked together brilliantly!
