My tenancy is coming to an end and Greg sent me an email to let me know we also spoke on the phone as it was much easier to renew my tenancy. I was looked after by Nick Woore, who was extremely responsive and professional. We originally agreed the sale in November, but unfortunately we lost our buyer. The original agreement then fell through but when we managed to sell our house Nick very kindly renegotiated with his seller and resurrected the deal. We have now exchanged contracts and everything is sealed. I would like to thank Nick for his communication throughout and would highly recommend the service.

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.

GoogleMy experience with Andrews was brilliant. A neighbour first used them to sell their flat and I ended up instructing them after dis-instructing a different estate agent as I was unhappy with their service. Lesson learned - I should have gone to Andrews first!
I dealt with Lisa and Matt from the Southville office in Bristol and would highly highly recommend them to friends and family. Lisa was so lovely and approachable from the off and very knowledgeable of the area and her expertise. I then dealt with Matt with viewings as well as during the transaction who was fab at pushing things along and making sure the process ran smoothly.

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise.
