Best property viewing!

I recently accompanied my friend on a (successful) house viewing. Emily (Woodman) was such a delight and genuinely seemed interested in making sure the property was the right place for my friend. She was super helpful and kind, answering any and all questions. Makes me wish she was my estate agent! She’s also been so wonderful helping my friend sort everything with paper work etc, having a turnaround of less than a week from viewing to getting the keys!

They only want first time buyers!

If you’re a second time buyer - don’t bother with them. They will string you along through to final bidding stage and use you as bait / push through first time buyers to their vendors and advise them that it’s the “Safest” option. They will hold you back until they can use your offer as competition. They will say things like “your offer is provisionally accepted by the buyer we have to wait until Monday just a heads up there may be an offer from a first time buyer coming on Monday”Zero empathy or even acknowledgment that you are trying to buy your family home.Their “mortgage broker “ is incredibly rude.

Best estate agents by far!

Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them. He has always kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care about our family and our house moving experience. He really has gone above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful - this move probably would never have happened if it hadn't been for him!

If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

Friendly and professional service

Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.

Before deciding to sell my property I visited a number of estate agents in the area but Andrews really stood out above the rest. My initial contact was with Lisa who has been fantastic, talking me through each step of the process and making me feel at ease, at no point have I felt rushed or under pressure. I was informed of any viewings in good time and given feedback at the earliest opportunity, making it a seemless process. All the staff are warm, friendly and professional and seem genuinely invested in getting the best result for the client. We've been renting a property via Andrews for 2.5years, and have moved into a purchased property halfway through our 3rd year in the lease. Tillie has been doing a wonderful job navigating this fiddly logistical process of communicating back and forth between us as tenants and our landlords to try and make the early break of our contract as seamless as possible. We very much enjoyed our time at the property, and Andrews have been attentive to repair requests and questions we wanted to pose to the landlords re: maintaining the garden space. Would definitely recommend.
