GoogleIt's not ok to miss a payment and you shall be chased as per tenancy agreement. And it's still ok to demonstrate that an agent followed up the issue and this is enough management and leave a tenant without water supply... the on-call plumber by Andrews not available when called... and leave the tenant of flat without water supply 'since its reported (24hrs)' not 'since water actually stopped (since 36hrs)'. Demonstrate clearly the flat supply is off the same supply of ground floor business premises under the same landlord (tenant chasing to isolate the issue, not Andrews). The criteria is not to ensure the tenant issue (water supply) is restored but they made the calls and not accountable if the issue is not resolved. And get the relevant people engaged. Question, does Andrews care that the property you renting meet building regs or just after your money? Whether the tenant welfare is more important... and the Andrews competency to resolve issues and be accountable. Raised with management at Andrews, in denial as you would expect, criteria of good service is they made a phone call, not the issue resolved or get someone to resolve, nor hold the landlord accountable for this. Anyhow, they may reply to this post (im sure in denial) but beware of the poor branch management.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have used Andrews at this branch for 7 and a half years after me and my wife purchased our first property and they have been brilliant. The lady who sorted everything out was excellent which is why we kept going back. However, during our recent re mortgage we were not given the correct information and ended up with a bill which was £1,200 more than I was promised/expecting. We weren’t offered an apology or anything as a result of this. Will think twice about using them again.
