GoogleI have very much appreciated the expertise of Steven Pearce at Andrews to get my sale over the line. It was a complicated sale with lots of last minute enquiries and time pressures and without Steve’s guidance and management of solicitors on both sides, this sale would never have made it over the line. Steve has also been very proactive and responsive, unlike the solicitors.

GoogleGenuinely the worst estate agents I have ever interacted with. It takes weeks or months to get responses from them for issues if you get a response at all. Email or phone they are essentially impossible to get a hold of. I've never even got something near to an apology for it as well. A complete lack of empathy for any renters, it's disgusting.
