The best of the best

Firstly, the conduct and assistance from the agent 'Simon' was above and beyond, despite working to a tight deadline, he was able to ensure that i had an easy and stress free move and really helped to put my mind at ease with regard to the logistics that came with moving. Secondly, the property itself was in fabulous condition in comparrison to my previous experiences with HMO properties in Brighton, the room was spotless, and even included extras im not used to seeing provided, such as fresh quilts, spare lightbulbs, etc.. Overall, 5 stars isnt enough in my opinion. Thank you for the service provided and i look forward to having time to spend in the house considering my busy schedule haha.

We were very happy with Windward Grove. Simon, the director, was very responsive and professional throughout, photography of the property was done quickly and to a very high standard; viewings were organised promptly and offers of tenancy the next day. Management fees are transparent. From the day the property was advertised to the day of tenants moving in was just 2 weeks.
