The service from start to finish was very helpful and straightforward. Simon is very helpful, and did everything he could to help what we are looking for. Their company is a family run business which is in my opinion is better than the other giant corporate type estate agents out there currently. I appreciate this company’s dedication and integrity. I personally highly recommend it.

GoogleI rented a flat in Osprey House in Brighton for 2 years (2023-2025), the Windward grove staff were amazing starting from the viewing day arranged by Zahra and conducted by I believe Simon. Afterwards, Zahra Rahman has been very well supportive and replying to every enquiry I had. The flat was good and rent (based on the area) was really good. There was not any major issues. Some minor normal issues happened like I had an issue with my bedroom's door, which after contacting Windward, has been completely and immediately resolved. The agent is really good and I have not experienced any issue with them until handing the keys (today 30th of June 2025). Wishing them all the best.

I rented a flat in Osprey House in Brighton for 2 years (2023-2025), the Windward grove staff were amazing, from the viewing day/time (with Simon I believe) all the way with the follow-up staff namely Zahra Rahman, who has been very well supportive and replying to every enquiry I have. The flat was good and rent (based on the area) was really good. There was not any major issues. Some minor normal issues happened like I had an issue with my bedroom's door, which after contacting Windward, has been completely and immediately resolved.

GoogleA bit late in leaving a review but always knew I would :)! Simon helped us buy our property in East Sussex, sale went through in January 23! As a buyer it’s always difficult, many agents seem to favour the seller for obvious reasons! However, Simon was VERY professional, VERY easy to get hold of and communicate with and in our experience honest & forthcoming, which aren’t words you’d normally associate with this sector ;)!! Thanku Simon & Team, I stick by what I said, if I ever sell I will come back to you.

He genuinely cares about you when selling your home making the process smooth and stress free, giving sound advice along the way. It was great knowing that he wasn't tied to a 9 to 5 day and if you had questions at 9pm he would be right there answering them. I would definitely recommend Simon and his company Windward Grove to friends and will certainly use him again if the need arises.

GoogleSimon was approachable, friendly and open, not adopting the hard sell of letting agents I have previously encountered and instead was transparent and honest. I felt confident in Simon to make the process as easy as possible and despite a rather last minute and slightly rushed completion, Simon dealt with my numerous questions and queries quickly and efficiently in a kind and helpful manner. GoogleAs a first time landlord, the whole process felt a little daunting to me, so I needed to find an agent who firstly knew the industry inside and out but more importantly was someone who I could trust to steer me in the right direction, not only with my property but with my interests going forward with the added obvious ability to be someone who would give both me and my tenants a very personal service. Windward Grove has all of the above qualities and more in abundance. Simon is an abject professional and will go above and beyond for you, your tenants and your home… with respect and courtesy. And for an agency that excels in their field, you’ll also be pleasantly surprised at how their business model and moral compass reflects on you financially… value for money is an understatement! When I come to sell my property I will look no further than Windward Grove. Thank you Simon and your team for making the process a pleasure. Superb service that I would personally recommend to anyone wanting to rent, let, buy or sell.

GoogleTotal disappointment I asked Simon to inform the landlord BEFORE moving in and tenancy signed he didn't disclose.. Then again we asked add a new tenant he said being honest would raise concern with landlord again didn't disclose then when my pregnant fiance asked to be added he said he will send her her letter and then took her money and still didn't send we then applied for dhp and on receiving 3300 still says. We in. Arrears my worst experience EVER moving because the agent Simon was dishonest and me who was. Truthful throughout had the cheek to call a liar. So I belle point 5 lies he told then he refuse to take calls or update us. The mast unprofessional unethical estate agent ever and discriminated thrugdh out and pre judged and assumed This IS A TRUE STATEMENT and every point I have made I can sup'ortin with evidence date times and emails protaining that

GoogleSimon was an absolute dream to work with throughout the process of our sale. Despite the sale taking longer than expected (through no fault of Windward Grove), he was constantly available and keeping up communication with myself. He made sure to chase both solicitors (vendor and buyer) to ensure the sale could go through as quickly as possible and was much better at giving me updates than my own solicitor was! I would definitely recommend using Windward Grove if you're ever on the lookout for an estate agent!

GooglePolite, professional & personable. Firstly we spoke to Zahra on the phone who was super helpful and friendly, then met Simon at the property for an open house viewing. I find some open house viewings can be quite tense, however Simon ensured this viewing was more relaxed whilst still professional and still answering all of my questions. Would recommend for sure.

GoogleGenuinely, Simon has been excellent. I began by renting my flat through Simon until the point I was ready to sell. Simon handled the key with absolute ease, and controlled everything. I never lifted a finger. We then sold the flat, again with Simon. He absolutely got us the best possible price, handled it with ferocious energy and got the sale done. If I had another Worthing property I would absolutely do it again

GoogleI didn't have the best experience with this lettings agency. Zahra did not get back to my emails, so I would have to chase information from her for a property via phone call and she simply opened the door and let us in to view the property, did not walk us round or explain anything inside. Eventually, when we called up again, she told us that our dream property had gone to someone else as the landlord never received our application - although her email to me a few days prior stated that she had sent it and was awaiting a response. Thoroughly disappointed and let down by this experience - I never even received a response from her via email in the end.

GoogleMyself and two other housemates recently began what we anticipated would be a arduous process of securing a rental property in the competitive and fast-moving Brighton market. However, after only a couple of weeks of searching we were offered a viewing for a lovely 3-bed property close to Brighton Station which ticked all of our boxes and was more affordable than many other properties we'd seen. With the help and guidance of Zahra from Windward Grove, we were able to progress with our tenancy application right away and within less than 24 hours had secured the property. We found the process of applying extremely straightforward and stress-free and were appreciative of regular communication from Zahra throughout. GoogleThe team at Windward grove are more than helpful from the start. All the way from enquiring on a property to viewing and putting in an offer. Simon, the director travelled extremely far to enable us to view the property and allowed us all the time we needed to look around. As well as this he was able to answer all our questions and seemed to have a great idea what the landlords were looking for when renting out their home.
