Even though we’ve decided to take our house off the market for now and try again next year, I still wanted to leave a review because Oliver Ostler has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Things didn’t go the way we’d hoped due to some poor advice elsewhere and things generally not going to plan, but having Ollie supporting us made a really stressful situation so much easier. He was always honest, reliable, and consistent, and he did exactly what he said he would do. If he said he’d call, he called, and he kept in touch regularly, which meant so much during such an uncertain time. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and reassure us when we needed it. I never felt like just another client, he genuinely cared and always had our best interests at heart. Although we’re putting our plans on hold until next year, when we’re ready to try again, he will be the first person we contact. Thank you so much for all your help, support, and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor who truly goes above and beyond. You are an asset to your company. 😊

I first met Ollie Ostler back in September where he spent a great deal of time and patience explaining practically everything about buying a property from start to finish. Ollie is very patient and always happy to answer any questions for me. His expertise in Mortgage and financial advice is outstanding. His dedication is something he should be very proud of. Fox and Sons couldn’t have done more to support our recent sale and purchase. Initially, we dealt with Alex who was in frequent communication and went above and beyond to try and get problems resolved. Then, Zoe took over and was brilliant. Our buyer’s solicitor was particularly challenging to deal with and there were lots of curve balls. Zoe was constantly on the ball, updating us and other relevant parties and doing everything she could to help. We finally managed to complete just before Christmas and it was down to such a hardworking and dedicated team at Fox and Sons. Would recommend them to anyone!
