Hi Willow, thank you for your review. Your group attempted to take a 3 bedroom HMO with 4 tenants and put no subject lines on your emails, resulting in them going into junk. Your holding deposit was returned as soon as your bank details were received and the full total will reach your account in 3-5 business days. We wish you all the best of luck in your ownward property search.
