GoogleWe recently purchased a house via Cubitt. Alice, Zak, & Eloise were great. Alice and Zak went above and beyond to help get our sale over the line when the solicitors had slowed down. Zak also got us into see a property we were set on so we could get a early offer in late on a Friday evening where I bet he would have liked to be anywhere else. I sadly cannot give 5 stars as a member of the sales progression team, AA, performed very poorly and provided no value to advancment of our purchase. Overall I would reccomend Cubitt. Thanks Team.

A huge thanks, especially to zac and eloise who have been available for every question, every worry and kept an incredibly stressful process relatively stress free. GoogleI’ve been looking for a house in Brighton for a couple of years now and I called Cubitt & West to view a house. I had a great chat with Zak and he arranged an afternoon of viewings with me. I spent the morning viewing houses from another agency and Zak’s line up of properties were poles apart. All of Zak’s recommendations were in my criteria and serious contenders for purchase. A most impressive understanding of the client’s needs. To say the least, I came back the next day to further review one of his choices and I put an offer in that day. I’m most impressed with the service from Cubitt & West in Patcham and a special shout out goes to Eloise for support on the trials and tribulations of the purchasing process. GoogleThe service we have received from Cubitt and West Patcham from start to finish has been great. We have both bought our new property and sold our previous property through them and the entire process took less than 3 months, it was incredible. I want to particularly mention Zak, who sold our house without it even going on the market, he was so professional, honest and not at all pushy, which I have previously experienced with estate agents, he priced our house competitively which attracted a lot of interest and in turn sold for higher than the guide price. I also want to mention Alice who is a delight, so kind and natural, she originally shown us around our new property, everything went smoothly and she was always quick to reply with any queries we had. GoogleWe recently sold our house in Shoreham by Sea with Eloise and her team in Patcham. Eloise has been fantastic securing the asking price in a turbulent market. We had an open day with good footfall through our property and excellent feedback from our viewings. Our buyer came from the open day. Alice and Zack were always cheery and helpful with our enquiries that we made and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team whenever we called. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to sell.
