I wanted to say how great it’s been to deal with Zak in purchasing our new home. He’s been so helpful, available and importantly personable without being pushy. It’s a shame that it took about 6 weeks to get to see the property we’re now buying. We asked Eloise about it in our initial valuation meeting and she told us we wouldn’t like it & actively discouraged us. This was combined with the policy of not showing properties to buyers who are unproceedable i.e not under offer. Whilst we understand the benefit of this, to vendors, we had a £750K house to sell and would always prefer to sell & buy with the same agent but this, combined with the highest fee’s quoted locally meant we didn’t sell through Cubitt’s this time. We sold very quickly through another agent so it seemed an opportunity missed for them. Zak is an asset to this branch and we were glad to deal with him throughout

We had to write this review for Zac because he has been absolutely incredible from start to finish when buying our property. He was so invested in us and went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect home for us. As first time buyers with little information of steps to go about how to buy a property we are thankful for the team at Cubitt and West in Patcham, especially Zak for making it happen for us, whilst going through some stressful periods however they made us feel assured the whole way. If I could give 6 stars for Cubitt and West, I would. From the start to my very recent successful sale I have received first rate service and communications from everyone in the Patcham office. Eloise is so talented, really friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel like you are the only client she is dealing with. Eloise has made what is a stressful situation much easier. I have dealt extensively with estate agents over the past year and was once an agent myself. Brighton and Hove have many different agencies, but Cubitt and West stands out, particularly thanks to Zac, who is a tremendous asset to the company and the industry. I found myself in a bit of a panic after my purchase fell through with another agency. I called Zac at 5 PM, and he spoke to me like a genuinely kind and caring person, rather than just a salesperson. He did everything he could within the hour to arrange viewings for that day and provide me with as many options as possible. Zac stayed late to show me around and even charged my phone!
