GoogleThe agent was short and dismissive of us when we viewed a property. Beaumonts were also unwilling to make a small £30 goodwill gesture to us as a result of damaged clothes and bag (wet paint) during the same viewing, which would have been the nice thing to to do given they were ineffective in getting any compensation from the sellers. Disappointing.

GoogleSociety can tend to place estate agents in a fairly unsavoury bracket. My experience with Beaumonts has been the complete opposite. Friendly and helpful way above their required, Graham from Beaumonts provided a calm and re-assuring service. If you are thinking of renting, I would suggest dropping them a line and let them take it from there. Wonderful experience.

GoogleBeaumonts were friendly and helpful through quite a long and drawn out sale and kept me updated on progress regularly. When solicitor's were dragging their feet, Beaumonts did there best to get in contact with both sides to push on with the sale. Very satisfied with their service.
