H2o Homes Brighton reviews

H2o Homes were absolutely excellent whilst myself and my partner were looking for a property. Every single member of staff was kind, personable and provided excellent service. Their diligence and service could serve as an education to a lot of estate agents in Brighton and Hove who fail to display even a 10th of the warmth and service of H2o Homes and their timeframes for a response is second to none. A massive shout out to Linda who looked after us every step of the way and is simply put brilliant. Although we didn't buy this time I wouldn't hesitate to use H2o again nor recommend them.

I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

Highly Recommended. From beginning to end the process of selling my property in the marina has been completely hassle free. Linda is lovely to deal with and keeps you informed all the way through the process. Her knowledge of the marina and its properties is unrivalled meaning her property assessment is informed, honest and realistic. Professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Six years ago Linda helped me find and buy my first home, immediately on the case finding the perfect home for my first big move from London to Brighton. We found it quickly and I lived there happily. Today I finally completed on the sale of that beautiful first home to move back to London from Brighton. For both the purchase and sale of this property Linda had not changed. She takes everything in her stride and she faces every challenge thrown at her head on. I know without a doubt that the work she and the team put in will be thorough and despite the purchase or sale not being her own, she will treat it as if it is. Ensuring everybody comes out happy and all paperwork is going through correctly. Linda is incredibly friendly and lovely that you know you are in expert and safe hands at such an exciting yet strangely incredibly stressful time but you will be reassured by knowing that she is only a phone call away to put any worries at ease. I know that anybody who works alongside this professional and incredible lady will follow suit. In the past few months I’ve met with many Estate Agents finding somewhere to live and NONE of them gave remotely anywhere near the service and detail that you’d get from someone like Linda or Mark at H2O homes. Choose your estate agent wisely. Because you are not always lucky enough to get a Linda, Mark or a place like H2O Homes.

We have recently sold our flat in Brighton Marina with Linda at H2O homes. We cannot not recommend Linda enough. She is a rare estate agent who has complete integrity and couldn't be more helpful. She has been with us throughout the whole process and supported us through. Nothing is too small for her nor question too silly. We would highly recommend using H2O estate agency when looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Linda!!!

I couldn't recommend H20 Homes enough. Linda was amazing with the selling of our property. She went above and beyond to help show the buyers all of the amazing perks of living on the marina like walking them around the shops, showing them things. We were kept in the loop with everything as she would update us on how things were going regularly. She just couldn't be more helpful. We are very satisfied customers!

This State agent provides outstanding apartments in Brighton Marina they respond quickly to our calls. I stayed in a apartment for one week, it had 2 bedrooms one with two large single beds with a bathroom connected too it and a Xbox the other had on double bed and a large family bathroom rite outside the bedroom entrance the it has a livening room and a dining room both in one room (the living room also has a Xbox) it has a sitting area outside the apartment and you can see the water and the boats from your livening room. This apartment was Victoria Muse number 85. I strongly recommend any apartment from this state agent. If you are looking for the summer I recommend to book around January February or you might not find a available booking unless there is a cancellation. I would like to mention one final thing was that the apartment had no cutlery other wise this apartment was outstanding

Linda at H20 gave excellent service throughout a rather gruelling experience due to an online solicitor chosen by the buyer. Linda delivered excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and provided the sort of service that quite frankly is quite difficult to find in this modern era. The office is based inside the Marina itself, H20 are the perfect agent to use for a purchase/sale in the Marina. Highly Recommended.

We highly recommend Mark and Linda at H2O Homes. We have been their clients for almost 20 years, as both letting agents and, more recently, they sold our property. When selling, Linda kept us well informed about viewings and quickly found a buyer. She was then very proactive in ensuring everyone in the chain communicated with each other and she dealt with hiccups in a very positive, efficient way. Mark and Linda's knowledge of the workings of Brighton Marina is also invaluable. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

The best agency ever! Words are not strong enough to express my gratitude to Mark and his team! We moved here from abroad and encountered numerous issues renting a flat, but with Mark's patience and helpfulness it became possible within a matter of a few days. Now I have been living in their property for a few months and I can't stress enough how lucky we are to have such a fantastic agency looking after our apartment and numerous queries. Whenever anything breaks down, they quickly send sb to see round to it. Mark is always very approachable and helpful and he is a great listener and truly cares about his tenants. He has advised us on many things so far and has always provided us with great guidance. I can fully recommend his services. Misty

Extremely unprofessional, completely wasted my time. Took the deposit whilst leaving property on the market after and wasting 2 weeks of my time to come round and tell me the Landlord is giving the property to a friend. Would not recommend there services.

H20 Homes recently sold my Houseboat. From the very start of the process I was extremely impressed by the very professional and personable service I received from both Linda and Mark. Nothing was too much trouble and they absolutely delivered what they promised. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would hesitate to recommend their business. Simon

Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

I have just completed the sale of my property in the Marina through H2O Homes. I have some experience having bought six properties in the past The level of professionalism and care provided by Linda throughout was exemplary. I cannot speak too highly of the way she kept us in touch during the process. I can assure you this is not typical of the service I have had from estate agents previously. Her knowledge of the Marina , its services and management is outstanding. I felt very reassured during the transaction that she was always acting in my best interests In addition she was very patient with my questions and comments and I never felt I was wasting her time ( which on some occasions I am sure I was). In summary for property transactions in the Marina I would heartily recommend and can think of no reason why you would use anyone else.PositiveProfessionalism
