Putting our house on the market just before a pandemic wasn’t what we had planned, but the team at Cranleigh branch was so helpful and provided us with regular updates. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.
