Russell Best at Cox & Co has been the best estate agent we've dealt with. After house hunting for the best part of a year, we met a lot! Russell stood out from the rest as someone we could really trust. He's friendly, straight talking and honest and really really good at his job! He's super responsive on email and picks up the phone with solicitors to move things forward with the sale. He was instrumental in getting our purchase through very quickly. In his absence, Marc was just as quick at picking up emails and taking action with solicitors. I hope not to sell our new home for a long time... but if I did, I would go straight to Cox & Co to be our agents. Absolutely top notch!

After speaking with a number of agents we chose Cox & Co to sell our home as Marc was both knowledgable and honest and gave us a lot of confidence. We were very impressed with the pictures taken of our house, and how many viewing they had booked for our open day. We had multiple offers and agreed our sale within a week. There were some delays with our exchange (due to a mortgage lender in our chain) and Russell was fantastic at keeping us updated and chasing progress reports. We would highly recommend. We sold our flat through Cox & Co and are glad we chose them. Marc spent a long time talking with me at the valuation and he seemed to have more expertise than the other estate agents who had been round. He and our main point of contact Russell were both excellent throughout the entire process, always being there to answer any queries and assist with navigating the process of selling our house. They helped with logistical details such as scanning and sending documents when needed, and Marc even gave us a lift to pick up our new keys on moving day. Overall we are very happy with the service we have received from Cox & Co and very happy in our new home.

Cox & Co have been absolutely brilliant during the sale of my flat. I can't recommend them highly enough. The sale of my flat was super easy (sold on the first viewing!), getting me my asking price straight away. We've been waiting for 6 months due to delays with the place we're moving to, and Josh has been brilliant at keeping my buyer happy, keeping on top of solicitors for me (a feat in itself!) and always checking in regularly to make sure everyone is happy and things are progressing. Marc and Josh have always been on hand with help and advice on other properties we were considering (even with other agencies) and gave honest opinions which were absolutely invaluable. Sarah who does the weekend viewings was also lovely and treated my home and others we saw with respect. These guys are nothing like other estate agents, who are in my experience generally terrible, slow and icky. Cox & co go above and beyond at every point. They're worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone. Absolute babes!

Without a shadow of a doubt Cox & Co was a great choice for our house sale. Marc & Josh are completely focused on providing the best service and outcome for their clients. First impressions really do matter and speaking to Russell was a breathe of fresh air after some initial interactions I'd with other estate agents. I could not be happier with the service provided to me by Marc, Russell and the team at Cox & Co. It’s a relatively new company but run by people with loads of experience behind them and it shows. Selling property during Covid lockdown can’t be easy, but I had lots of viewings, sold quickly at a good price they helped negotiate and all in time to avoid the stamp duty deadline. It has been a refreshing experience to work with a serious agent that doesn’t play games, who answers the phone and/or calls you back as soon as possible. Liaising with the vendor was smooth thanks to Russell and we managed to gather all the information we wanted prior and during the process. Having had a number of negative experiences with previous estate agents, that were unreliable and in short were happy to lie directly to my face. From viewing to exchange in just 25 days! Marc and Josh at Cox & Co really stepped up when our first sale fell through due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Our hosue had to go back on the market and we were desperate not to lose the house we had agreed to buy. We had plenty of interest but the key thing was to be able to choose the right buyer this time as we had no room for errors. Marc checked out the interested parties and was able to advise us to go with a purchaser who had already exchanged on the sale of their current home. This made them very motivated buyers of our house. Solictors were instructed 2 days after the viewing and with careful but persitent chasing the deal exchanged 23 days after solictors were instructed. Brilliant job guys!

It's been a particularly stressful time with a number of complications but Josh has always been there to help sort things out and create calm when everything happening around was complete chaos!
