The service I was given from Marc and Josh over at Cox & Co was exemplary. Professional, efficient, responsive, effective, friendly, informative and just so so lovely. We sold within around 3 weeks. Then completed very shortly after this. If you are looking for competent professionals that go above and beyond (I am looking at you here Marc when you kindly drove all the way out to my flat to open her up as I had forgotten my keys and I had removal men waiting outside to get rid of my fridge, but we couldn't get in!) look no further. I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you Marc and Josh!

From the off we were reassured by the viewing, at a time when so many estate agents we met presented such a saccharin and artificial exterior, to meet Sarah was a delight. I actually thanked her for being "normal". But it has been Josh who has really shone throughout our journey of buying. He has provided continuous reassurance, support, advice and most importantly he has been thoroughly communicative. He was patient when our solicitor was frustratingly absent and helped us with any questions we had for the sellers, ferrying our requests back and forth. Nothing short of 1st class treatment - seriously. Having moved a few times before and dealt with varying degrees of not so great estate agents (to put it mildly) I was really pleased with all of the team. I was impressed from the first time we went to view the property with Russel Best (he is the best because he gave us plenty of time to really see the property) and reassured by his clarity and knowledge. Then when I made an offer both Tony and Mark Cox really helped get it through because they saw how desperately I wanted the property! However my buyers were not the easiest and the stress they put me through was massive. Communication is very important for me and whenever I phoned the office Marc was always there for me even if busy and would calm me down and give me advice on how to proceed and hope that it would eventually complete, which it did! There were days when I was really depressed about how long the process was taking, but Marc's humour cheered me up. I am now happily settling in. Definitely the friendliest, most professional and genuine estate agents that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I swear that I was not paid to write this essay! If you choose Cox and Co (whether selling or purchasing) I promise that you WILL thank me in the future.

I highly recommend Cox and Co if you are selling your home. Russell and Marc were professional, friendly and understanding of our situation. The sale was not without complications, but they were quickly addressed and communication was clear throughout to keep all parties in the loop. I was very grateful we chose Cox and Co out of all who initially valued our house. It was not the highest valuation of the agents but was the most realistically priced, and our house went over the asking price anyway in the buoyant market earlier this year. I was dealing with Russell from the moment I enquired the property that I would like to buy in Worthing. He was very professional and helpful. In fact He was much more involved and helpful than my own estate agent! He provided me with updates on the progress of my purchase and gave me some advice on what needed to be done to speed up the process even on the selling part of my property. He also provided some useful information on what’s involved in selling and purchasing of the property including how long each process usually takes. He did beyond what I expected him to do. In fact I didn’t get any service that I received from Russell from my own estate agent. He also helped me chasing the progress either with my solicitors or my estate agent. He always replied to my calls and emails promptly the same day or the next day without fail. I am very pleased with his service and I would recommend him 100% should you need a reliable, professional and helpful estate agent!! We have just completed on the sale of our beloved family home thanks to a professional, personal and genuinely caring service from Marc, Russell, Tony and the team at Cox and Co. After speaking to several estate agents in the area, we chose Cox and Co for a number of important reasons: Marc was incredibly honest and upfront in our initial meeting - at no point did he make us feel like we were being given a sales pitch; we were completely reassured that we would be offered a personal service, with good communication, where our property would be marketed and sold with our best interests at heart throughout; and because Cox and Co are, and operate as a growing local business with the local community as part of their ethos. We were not disappointed. Every step of the process was carried out professionally with outstanding communication, advice and guidance. Russell predominantly dealt with the viewings and the subsequent sale, but both Marc and Russell were 100% available at any point to answer our questions, deal with our worries and calm our nerves - always with total honesty. And, on top of that, being able to seek Tony's wise counsel really helped to make us feel informed and confident throughout. Selling your house is stressful. Selling your family home of 20+ years is stressful and emotional. There is no doubt that Marc, Russell and everyone at Cox and Co made this as smooth and stress free an experience as possible. After a difficult start with the initial buyer pulling out at the last minute they managed to push the sale through with a new buyer quite quickly.
