Town and country were just great, im not sure what goes on behind the scenes, but it works. We had our pro op ert on the market for 4 months with another estate agents and didn't get contacted once in regards to potential buyers or regular updates from them. Once we moved, within 2 weeks we had our actual buyer, amongst other potential buyers and town and country were just polite, professional and proficient throughout the whole journey. We had a great experience with Town and Country while buying our house in Brightlingsea. From the first viewing through to completion, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and they were always happy to answer questions or chase things up when needed. The whole process felt well managed, which made what can be a stressful time much smoother. At one point it looked as if the exchange would be delayed because of issues further along the chain. I feel that Town and Country were instrumental in ensuring we were able to complete the purchase and avoid delay.

Although, I have signed a lease for my current property for another year, I found the Lettings Agent John really pleasant to deal with. He has a warmth and professionalism, I can tell that he would really work hard for his tenants. I hope in the future, as I am looking to move nearer Brightlingsea, that I can let my home through them. They seem to have a more personal touch. John is also quite approachable as a person and has kept me informed about properties I viewed, even though I was not chosen to be a tenant at that time.
