We had a very positive experience right from the first valuation visit. The valuer that initially attended (Ryan Fox) was by some distance the most professional that we met. All the staff that assisted with our sale and purchase were brilliant, but the Sales Negotiator (Jo) was exceptional. We received frequent communication and Jo guided us through the complexities of what was a complicated and drawn out chain. We wouldn't be able to suggest any improvements and we would definitely recommend the service to others.

Had a very positive experience from start to finish. My property was marketed quickley, and they also did the viewings as I work full time. It ended up being a long drawn out process as these things often are and at times very frustrating but Jo in the office went above and beyond to try and move things along and kept in touch to keep me up to date. My property was up with a different estate agent before changing to Paul Fox, and I doubt they could have dealt with it as professionally as Jo did, so my thanks go to her.
