I have been dealing with Paul Fox estate agents for nearly 7 months after a longer than normal house purchase. Throughout this time I mainly dealt with Jo who was amazing. Towards the last few weeks of my saga I was in touch with Jo almost daily. She gave 100 percent every time . When Jo had her well deserved days off the responsibility fell upon Neve who rose to the challenge. Neve was just as professional and they both deserve the recognition. Paul Fox you have 2 amazing staff.

So I enquired today if its normal practice to wait 6 hours a day for a phonecall to be returned or 6 days to book viewings??? It was deemed as they are short staffed it's OK to deliver such service. Comments made against a property we viewed were unjust and odd. Seems very apparent that since a certain gentleman has left things have slipped. But as I said today I am only a customer who has land for sale with you is looking to sell a property and buy a property. I maybe just have to accept your standards of service and move on. This review was sent to me today. So I have reviewed as I found. I apologise I am not the type of businesswoman who applaudes other just for turning up to work. I expect results. I have not named individuals and have raised a complaint direct.

Its a nervous time when you decide to put your property up for sale. Which estate agent to choose out of the many out there. We wanted an agent who was local to us, who would provide feedback and work with us to sell our property. PAUL FOX ESTATE AGENTS have several offices in different areas of North Lincolnshire, we chose the Brigg office as local to us. From day 1 they have gone above and beyond our expectations. Friendly, approachable and with care towards the seller and buyer. Becci and her team at Brigg have provided a 5 star professional service. At times when we have had concerns, Becci and her team has followed them through and resolved them with a friendly but totally professional service right through to exchange. In MY OPINION this company does not act in an ethical way or follow the guidelines of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Their code of practice covers areas such as conduct, duty of care, conflicts of interest, and advertising/marketing standards. In my experience the staff are extremely rude and cocky. I also think as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) they fail their standards as well ! SHOCKING !! RICS members are bound by a set of professional and ethical standards. Any actions or advertising that could be deemed misleading could result in disciplinary actions against the member. *** NOT RECOMMENDED ***

Trying to deal with Paul Fox in Brigg has been absolutely the most wretched experience I’ve endured in some time. I’m currently in the throes of selling my own home (mercifully, not with them) and I enquired about viewing a highly suitable-looking new property they had listed on Rightmove. Once the appointment was made on the ‘phone and I’d been informed (fairly snottily, I would add) that I needed to fill out some Covid-related paperwork (unlike any other EA I’ve arranged a viewing with) I was emailed by some dismal representative of the company to tell me that they’d cancelled my viewing as I hadn’t actually sold my current home! Worse still, the simpering quarter-wit told me (and I have this in writing) that this was down to ‘government policy’! Honestly, I thought it was a practical joke, but apparently not. In the whacky world of Paul Fox, it would seem that nobody can even view a potential home until they’ve sold their current one - which creates a bit of a Catch 22 really doesn’t it? I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who has signed up with this bunch of clowns. If the staff in my business delivered customer service of this level I’d rightly expect to go bust.
